Chelsea F.C. have sacked their manager Thomas Tuchel after a series of poor results. To be honest it is too early to sack a world class manager. Unfortunately the owners did not think the same and they sacked the coach who led them to Champions League glory in 2020-21.

In the time span of 20 months, Thomas Tuchel led Chelsea to UCL glory along with Super Cup and Club World Cup trophies. It is pertinent to note that Thomas managed in the most toughest of times. Who can forget the cloud of uncertainty which loomed over the Club during March-May 2022.

Sometimes I do feel that why can't our board members back the manager like they do in Liverpool F.C. Perhaps this is the reason why Liverpool F.C. is more than a club.   

Thank You Thomas. Thank You for Everything. 

GUNNERS ON A RISE

The first month of the English Premier League has come to an end and after 5 games Arsenal are on the top of the table. They have won all the 5 games with comprehensive margins and are currently favorites to win the title. 

The Gunners won their last Premier League title way back in 2003-04 season when they ended the season as Invincibles. Since then, they have come close many times, but have always failed to lift the coveted trophy. Today after 18 long years there is a belief in the Gunners camp that this might be their year. 

This weekend the Gunners travel Old Trafford wherein they will face their arch- rivals Manchester United. Will United stop them like they did in 2004-05 season or will the Gunners march forward like they did in the 2003-04 season and win the season. The answer lies in the womb of time.
