Chelsea F.C were playing their first home game of the season. The opponents were Tottenham Hotspurs. As a result everyone expected it to be an exciting contest. And boy. What a game it was. Chelsea got the opening goal of the game in the 19th minute as Koulibaly scored a wonderful volley. The home side retained the maximum possession of the ball and at the end of half time the scorecard read Chelsea 1- 0 Tottenham.

However the visitors equalized in the 68th minute of the game and the game was back in level. In the 77th minute, Raheem Sterling gave a wonderful pass to Reece James and James scored. Chelsea were leading again. However as they say the game is not over till the final whistle is blown. In injury time Harry Kane scored a header and the game ended 2-2. The match ended in a draw.

The Blues gave their best but failed to win the game. It was a wonderful game and Chelsea deserved to win. But, it was referee Anthony Taylor whose mistakes cost us the game.
