In the game of football a lot can change in a few months time. Liverpool FC were on the verge of winning a quadruple in the 2021-22 season. In the chase of glory they did ended up winning three trophies in 2022 [Carabao Cup, FA Cup, Community Shield]. But, today the situation is completely different.
Liverpool FC is nowhere close to win the league. They are currently ranked 10 in the Premier League and have been knocked out of the Carabao Cup and FA Cup. The only chance of them winning a trophy this season is the UEFA Champions League. However it won't be an easy thing to do. After all they will be facing the defending champions and all time tournament favorites Real Madrid CF in the round of 16.
The form in which they are in right now it seams impossible that will get past the Los Blancos. However as we all know that football is a very unpredictable game. Anything can happen any time. Will Liverpool make a comeback or it will end up as a season which no Scouser would like to remember. The answer lies in the womb of time.
